looking for some suggestions as to who to get some nice looking valve covers from for an LT1, not chrome but billet or something to that extent

 

i always thought that any centerbolt valve covers fit the lt1 heads? i didnt think they made special ones just for lt1's? i could be wrong

 

I think they need a notch for the alternator or sumthing?

 

so does anyone have any sites they use or know of.........im not sure on the fitting

Canton makes a nice set of fabbed LT1 valve covers.

 

I went with Proform crinkles.

 

does canton have a website do you know, thats more of what im looking for.

where can i find the proforms also

yeah thats what im looking at, but i found the same ones on ebay with the holes for filling and breather for 140

 

I have some chrome cheapo Pepboys valve covers on my TA, but I painted them and pounded the notch in with a mallet, heres a picture, plus they were cheap
