Default Aftermarket valve covers.......

looking for some suggestions as to who to get some nice looking valve covers from for an LT1, not chrome but billet or something to that extent

i always thought that any centerbolt valve covers fit the lt1 heads? i didnt think they made special ones just for lt1's? i could be wrong

I think they need a notch for the alternator or sumthing?

Here is the information from a vendor website.


#65-206 These SBC fabbed aluminum valve covers come with filler plug and PCV port on right cover. These valve covers are a stock replacement for '93-'97 F-Bodies. Stainless hardware included.

yeah thats what im looking at, but i found the same ones on ebay with the holes for filling and breather for 140

I have some chrome cheapo Pepboys valve covers on my TA, but I painted them and pounded the notch in with a mallet, heres a picture, plus they were cheap
