Fuel tank vent issue??
Fuel tank vent issue?? I asked about my fuel smell issue when I was getting my car back from gears...(It smells VERY strong of gas after I shut it down and leave it in the garage)...One of the techs said that he noticed alot of fumes coming from under the car near the rear drivers tire.(He could see them from 3 racks down) There is a white plastic thing right there behind that wheel......what is it, and could that be my problem??
Its more than a little. You can almost taste it. When my house ac kicks on it sends the smell through the house from the garage. Its a very pungent gas smell...more kick than from a gas can. Could that vent somehow be causing a problem...?? Its really starting to bug me.
