Default after pacesetter instalation?

I just did put pacesetter LTs on my car...and it starts to like tick or thud/rattle HARD from undereathe somewhere....it only does it when my car is in reverse, park,or neautral,it never does ever in drive.....the friends dad who installed the headers(a mechanic) said there will be some floorboard rattling because the driver side header was touching the bottom frame(but now the Y is) Has anyone ever experianced this noise...i dont know if its my headers or something serious?????

Before I bought my pacesetters I researched this problem. Seemed to be pretty common. Most guys I know just used a crow bar and pulled the collector down enough to clear the under chassis. I didnt have this problem, maybe because I replaced my motormounts the same time i did the pacesetters. Not sure on that one.

It had a bad tranny, so not nearly enough. I could have got more for it, but I felt by the time someone put a tranny in it to hold the power, and not another stocker it would have cost them (Including the car) close to 6k, so I only asked 2500 for it. Sold it the same day i put it up for sale. And i get to see her everyday. Sucks....
