If your going to block off the EGR and not use AIR, just buy the race ones without the fittings.
well if you don't have state inspections, don't put on a cat, and get rid of A.I.R. and EGR. That is, if you want the most power. The "race" headers from pacesetter don't have the fittings for those. Part # PSM-72C2239 on summitracing. The only downside would be the smell from the exhaust. I didn't put on my cat, and you can smell it with windows down at a light. Also, getting rid of EGR pump will free up some weight. Your lucky, here in virginia I have to find a cool guy/friend to pass my car since it will fail.
For Gaskets and Header Bolts I used The "Percy's metal gaskets" I dont really think there is a better gasket out there.

You can get them at Autozone O'rielys or summit jegs.
Go to summit and look at header bolts.
Get some stage 8 locking bolts.
I bought Breslin bolts from jegs. They are awesome and will not back off.
