So I ran the car at englishtown, nj this past sunday. I ran a best of 13.64 at 101. On one pass I ran a slower quarter but put up 103 mph. Anyway I have all the mods below and a dyno-tune. I'm really not that mad with the times because i know the car is faster than that . I was spinning the tires off the line and the car hit the rev limiter in high gear so I had to let off the gas and then hit it again. So my times are lower than the 13.64. So I have to take the car back to tuner to get the rev limiter problem fixed. Then its a 3000 stall, rebuilding the tranny, 3.73s and some drag radials. 12 second club you got a new member on the way.

 

what cm do you have and what are your heads flowing?

If you dont have to pass smog and can change the shortys to Long tubes your times should be better.

with the gears and stall your car will feel like another car.

by cm did u mean cam? i have a crane 227. 210/224 112 lsa yeah its small but i'll be throwing a custom one in there next summer when i spray the car. i forgot my flow #s and lost the sheet which is so stupid of me so i'll have to call up the machine shop to see if they have a copy.

im not worried about smog since a lil extra $ gets u a passing grade. i'll be throwing some as&m long tubes on there since the ground clearance with the y is phenomenal. but ill save that for later.

 

you got some issues. most car with just minor bolt ons can get low 13s and trap faster the 103

 

yeah i know issues like no traction and having to let off the throttle due to hitting the rev limiter.
