Default Reinstalling Intake manifold

Pretty much got everything back together but had a few problems...

First, The fuel rails with injectors dont seem to want to set in the manifold all the way down like they should... Shouldnt the injectors kinda fit down in the manifold? Or should I just tighten down the 4 bolts on the top of the fuel rail and be good to go?

Second, theres an electrical connector that we cant figure out where it goes... Its a female end and is the shape of a rectangle. Probably 4 inches long and only 1-2 inches wide and fits inside a 4 prong connector,.... Its up near the throttle body.

Last, On the passanger side of the throttle body, theres 3 spots to hook up hoses... I believe the bottom one is for coolant but what are the other two for? Probably a Vacumn line. But I cant seem to find the hoses that hook up to these...

Any help would be great
thanks

ok, first.... the orings on the injectors. put some die electric grease on them or some oil on them and they will slide in better... when they seat... torque em down...

second.... the connector i think you are talking about is the IAC... Idle Air Control... its on the bottom of the TB... i usually plug mine in and then bolt the TB down...

and Third... the bottom line is the coolant line... the middle line is the EVAP vacuum line... the vac line comes from that little black box you mount on the passanger side of the intake... a tube from the fuel lines comes from it... and the top is for the PCV system... the line that comes from your passanger valve cover....

that should be all... if you have any more questions... just post away...

I think the connector you're refering to is the opti harness connector, that connects to the opti, the othre end connects to the main harness near the passenger side valve cover.

What kind of injectors are you running? When I installed my Ford #30's, they sat a little high but were okay. Like havrick said, use a little grease putting them in. Vasoline works well. Keep us posted.
