Default Those with LE1 package...Please respond.

I am really looking to get the LE1 package from Lloyd in the near future. I will be putting it on my 75K mile well cared for LT1. I currently shift at 6000 RPM.

My absolute biggest concern is engine life with respect to spinning bearings. I want to have the most engine longevity possible, therefore my shift points will be no higher than 6300 RPM.

I understand that when you hop up the engines then reliability goes down, however I am hoping that the LE1 package does this minimally. I have also been told that with the LE2 its only a matter of time before the bearings and the shortblock go, hopefully this is not the case with the LE1.

My question.
Has anybody every had major problems like spinning bearings after installing the complete LE1 package on rather low mile LT1's? Please elaborate.

Thanks

If you want engine longevity you'd better stop now.

Le1 is still a significant upgrade to your block, theres no way arond it when your talking h/c.
