he has a 1997 cobra with borla X pipe and catback, CAI and 5k in suspension (airbag).
what chances do i have on taking him with good street tires, and the 4.10's him being M5 and me M6?

Should be a good race, I remember running those back in the day and it was usally dead even with my stock LT1 to their stock Cobras. Bolt on though an Lt1 has a ton more potential to get quicker.
