Default big roller cam

I know I'm not suppose to post for sale items in here, but in the "For Sale Section", you blink and you r item(s) is gone. Anyways I have a TCI Ulimate Street Fighter 10" 3800 stall, about 10 passes on it. Also BRAND NEW LT1 hydraulic roller cam 240/246 duration,109 lsa, .590/.610 lift with 1.6 rockers. Converter was $650 new, asking $300 . Camshaft asking $150. The reason I am selling converter is because it is not enough stall for new setup. Any questions, please ask. Chr

I'm very intrested. The only things I need to know is what happened to your VIG and would this cam be good on my setup. Why you selling the cam? Doesnt go well with a big shot?

If your trying to drop that DCR..."I here your a little to high for that HOT weather".... Try something that will drop you down atleast to 8.7's and maybe down to 8.5's with that hot stuff. This cam might be what your looking for. "Find out if any advance though, and how much if any!"

Yes, that cam will like Nos. Ellis, runs something very, very similar. As long as you stay below 250 shot you'll not see much difference over a 112 or 114 LSA.

Like I said though, find out the cam numbers....
I run a DCR of 8.77 with 31 degrees of total advance (all the car wants). It never sees over 90* temp here in Washington. I use a stock coolant system, so with a better radiator you can run more. Over in that hot area I would really think 8.5 "SHOULD" be safe (but don't think that's written in stone) 8.7 DCR with a good radiator system will act the same as 8.5 DCR with stock type system. Anything to drop the DCR will help...
