The best I've seen bone stock is 8.9, most guys on average will get 9.1 to 9.3.

I ran 9.6 in my mostly stock cadillac. It had an intake(home made, and no heat sheilds) a catback, and new valvesprings. A calculator I used said it had 273 hp. so take away 700lbs. also had airlifts to help with the launch. so i would say that in stock form with a slightly choked(more so than later years) z28, you should see around 9.3ish. I used this to calculate my hp, but it said I should run a(1/4 mile) 14.7 at the 92 mph it ran and weight. http://www.tciauto.com/tech_info/calculators.htm when I really ran 15.0 all night.
