If someone says theyre tires have APRX TREAD : 3-4/32 how many miles of life does that equate to? Is there a chart or something?

it really depends on how hard you drive the car....how many burnouts you do, track racing on the tires, etc... a new set of tires, usually come with 8/32 so, 3-4/32 is half tread life. so i say look at how many miles you got out of the so far and add or subtract alittle depending on your driving.

usually the tread bars are set at 2/32 and they recommend replacing them. i wouldnt buy tires that low unless they are DRs and you get a good deal on them.
