Question Need Help Identifying Eagle H beams

Hi, I just bought some so called Eagle H beam rods they don't have any part #'s on them only on the rod bolts and on one side of the rod. It say's
6.000-B on one side of the rod and on the rod bolts it says Eagle 1.6 2000 ARP. But on 3 rods they have the same #'s and all but say Sunrey?? I don't know what that means anyone have info on this they seem to look identical except for the that sunrey name thing. Anyone have Info on this.

Yea I had the same problem but with a crank. I ordered a stroker kit from eagle and my crank came in a eagle box and everything but has the name sunrey stamped on the crank. I ordered a Eagle 4340.

Bolts say Eagle ARP 2000, I guess sunrey is the over seas company that makes them and eagle takes the credit. either way I had the rods checked and I'm using them

I just checked mine The Have the eagle brand logo on one side and on the opposite side its says

CRS-6000-BS

Mine are 6" rods so I am assuming that is where the 6000 comes in, like 6.000"

On the rod eads with the caps they all have a matching #such as 1639 and the corresponding end peice matches that, the # changes from rod to rod to show they cannot miss match the caps.

Otherwise no other identifing markers, the rods look like they are pictured above.

The cranks commonly say Sunray on them FWIW.

I have never seen eagle rods that say anything but Eagle on the sides. I have sold hundreds. There are many other knock offs. Usually the ones like you have are SYSC but I am not sure what you have. I have seen fake Eagles already though and at PRI I was told about them. Mostly the rods I have and sell are in the SBC and LS1 and BBC sizes.

I called eagle and they said it's there rods I sent them pics and said it's the 6000B rod as it says on the side of the rod. They are welled machined and I had them checked at the machine shop and gave them the thumbs up, so I'm using them. Also I think they are the older rods they would carry I know the new ones have the eagle etched in them and the part # is 60003d

Yeah I have never seen tham like that in the last 3 years but like you said they are probably older. I've only seen that name on the cranks like Bret said.
