Intake elbow Torn!
Well right before I went to the track last I started on my N20 install and notices a tear in my intake elbow in front of the TB linkage.... I allready know on the bottom of the elbow its falling apart and rotting pretty bad. Saturday a buddy of mine noticed a tear on THE OTHER SIDE of the elbow and said when I started it up he could smell it runing rich really bad.
At the track it went 13.812@100 with a 2.2 60.... something tells it could have done A LOT better with a sealed elbow since I am sure those intake leaks are what causing it to run rich.

guess you have a reason to get a nice new trick flow elbow much easier to put back on and off which is a plus, flows better too...no silencer im ordering one tomorrow i think.

I've got a trick flow elbow here and love it. The rubber one was really hard to get back on and the trick flow is super easy. I got rid of the silencer which was nice, and it looks a lot better.

The 1LE elbow is made of much thicker rubber than the stock piece. It is also easy to put on because it lacks the noise suppressor. I've had mine for 10 yrs., still intact.
Just giving another option.
