Default X-pipe mod Qeustion

Hey guys I have been interested in adding an X-pipe to my car and I need some step by step instructions on how to make an ls1 texas speed Xpipe work so If any of you guys have ever done this application to an lt1 please send some directions!!! Thanks.

I called them and asked them if it would be an easy swap, and they said that you would have to re fit some things, and then also have to move a few things around.. But they never specified on anything..

When I did my headers, I had a nearby shop I knew do that part. Didn't take them very long. I can take come pics if you would like. I'm actually thinking about pulling the x pipe out right now, and just running straight true duals.. (Installed driveshaft safety loop after I did the exhaust, now the exhaust hits everything in sight).

it sounds badass through straight pipes and is easier to do. the floor pan on the driver side ruins it for the duals, so you have to run a pipe down and under the pan, back up and join it to the x pipe from there. thats the only hard part. my $.02

The LS1 Drivers side header comes out at an angle, so all you would need to do is fab a pipe up to go in place of the LS1 pipe.

The mounting is all the same.
