Does my 95 Z have and king of sensors in the cat?

I want to delete the cat without it throwing any codes

 

you would have to get under it and look, prob not though, my 95 t/a didnt.

 

I took the cat off my 95 Hawk and never had any code problems

 

the only problem youll have is not being able to let off the gas. it sounds great without a cat. only 96+ f-bodys have rear o2 sensors, so you dont have to worry. i replaced mine with a 3in. straight pipe and it didnt throw a single code. if you gotta get it smogged at some point you should put flanges on your cat and on the pipe...that way you can just swap the cat in when you need to get it smogged.
