Default X-pipe and dumps on an LT-1

My friend has a '97 SS. He just got Hooker LT's and wants to put on the x-pipe with bullit set-up. He wants to know if there is any bottom end loss of power. Also what are the power gains with the whole set-up over factory (manifolds, cats, 2OTL vs. LT, x-pipe, bullits). He has a SLP CAI and ported MAF.

Dual Setup Pics

Expect a big gain. I have yet to see a loss of low end torque. I had to get my car re-tuned because the car was running rich. I gained close 20hp from switching from my macs headers to the LT's using the dual setup.

My trans-am appeared to get slower for some reason. Maybe it was the driver. I had my old bone-stock lt-1 z-28 against my t/a. The t/a with the muffler was able to pull my z a little bit, but the z beat it every time with no problems after the Hooker long-tubes were put on the t/a. I know it should be the exact opposite, but that is what happened. I wouldn't think the computer would need to be tuned, but I could be wrong.
