th350 and where does the 306 make peak TQ need to know what all i would need for the th350
swap for a4 car?

Shifter (though stocker can be modified and used)
Throttle cable (usually comes with shifter)
SFI Approved Flywheel (since your there <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> )
Tranny Supprot (though the stocker can easily be modified to work)
I think that is about it off the top of my head. I have my th-350 sitting on the floor and I am collecting parts first. It should be in soon.
B&M makes a kit for this conversion that has the cooler, shifter, and tranny support. While you are in there, I would tap the tranny pan and run a line for a tranny temp gauge.
