using O2 simms on a 97 OBD2 car?

A buddy of mine wants me to put a set of 94-95 headers on his car, but I am not sure about the rear 02's. Will these cars accept an 02 simm and still run correctly without tuning? TIA

yes they will accept them just fine I have them

Yes, the simulators should work fine if it is an ODBII car.
