Compression ratio?

What is the best compression ratio a motor that is supercharged/turboed, and on the bottle. If i understand it right, it is really low. If i am wrong i would like to be corrected before i do my build up this winter..

supercharged / turbo 8:5:1 to 9:5:1 depending how much boost......nitrous loves compression so 10:5:1 or higher
