Buy a dip stick, tranny, crossmember, reflash and you are set. with a th350 you can even use the stock driveline.
You are making it sound WAY WAY harder than it is...
you can reused the stock DS, stock flywheel, stock crossmember, heck the stock TA can be used if you want.
