If I didnt have school I was actually going to drive down for it Looks like a great event....cant wait to hear how everyone runs.

Hopefully the LTx crowd will runs some competitive times against the LS1ers

ou812/z28, good luck with the motor
Jason Short, schools not THAT important
BadASSLT1, Thats what im talking about...REPRESENT!!!

hehe, in all seriousness though guys, it would be great to have as many LT1's out there are can be, but everybody has schedules and sometimes its hard to adjust schedules. best of luck to you May 31st. any of you with friends that have LT1's, tell them to bring it on, we need to show what the "old school"(ok, not so old school) is all about. keep posting if yall are coming guys, I would like to get a list of how many people will be there and possibly get a group picture of all the LT1's that showed up with all the trophys that we beat the LS1's out of.

P.S. Bobby Simpson, if you are reading this, you better show up just to talk smack

i took a vacation the week of march 17th, didnt think about the shootout when i did that or i would have taken it that week and gone . i probably wouldnt have done much damage to the LS1s there anyways

Just got my LTCC (Ls1 coil conversion for LT1's) in today. I'll be showing it off at the RCR shootout. I'll be in the 11.0 - 11.99 index unless Tech is ultra critical about cages. I 'hear' they'll be a little loose on the requirements. Hope so.

We'll see how the schedule looks. I told Tony I'd help out running the show but I haven't heard from him. I didn't get a room and I'm sure their aren't any left so I'll play it by ear. Besides, its not like me to miss a smack session

I can't make it for this one. started building a new house so that is gonna keep me home for a while. You guys have fun, I wish I could go since my car seems to be consistant 11.0s in the old setup and should go high 10s now. Would be perfect for the 11-11.99 class. Oh well..I did my part at the thunder shootout by placing second in the Modified street manual class so you guys will have to take up my slack on this one.

Good luck guys.

Im already splitting it with AJ, Joe, my buddy, Chris and me, hehe, kinda packed. we are thinking of getting another room though incase some more of our buddies wanna go in which case your more than welcom to jump in on the deal...the more the cheaper . hey vince, are you the vince with the red firebird that just put the rebuilt motor in your car and needed help adjusting the valves or are you a different vince? also, do you work at Pappasitos? i work at Pappas in "Guns"point. laters.

If the new motor was done I'd be there for sure. I'll just have to wait untill next time.

Since i sold the lt1 im not really welcome anyhow Hopefully i will be able to make some shake down runs soon on the new motor.
