if i remember correctly, a LT4 is a LT1 block with 4 bolt mains, a lil' better flowing heads, lil' better intake, slightly different cam, larger 1.6 RR's. it came in the corvette grand sports with a 6 spd in 1996 and in a few 1997 F-Bodies.

It was on all the 6 speed 96 Corvettes includeing 1000 Grand Sports And 100 97 30th annv SS Camaros.
It was rated at 330HP 340TQ, the cars usually dyno between 295-305RWHP so they are a little underated but not much. It still just the basic small block 350, with better heads, intake, self EGR cam, and a 52mm thottle body. 1/6RR help out with the cam numbers, and it also gets an LT4 knock module, few other goodies like an oil cooler are on the Vettes I don't know about the Camaro's though. Hope this helps
