Whats up with this lt1

Whats up with this lt1 A buddy of mine has a 95 z, he bought it used with about 60k miles and is in great shape. It is an auto not sure about the gears. but its a hell of a lot faster than any other lt1 i have raced. I have raced 7 lt1's (5 off the bottle havent got him on the bottle yet <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> ). I have beat 2 and lost to the other 2 but not until about 100 mph and not by much. But my friends (the other one some mustang guys can count) starts pulling on me at 60 mph from a stop and almost immediately from a roll. Whats up with this thing??? Is it just a factory freak or what??? The car is basically stock except for flows, k@n, TB foil, and a t-stat. He also raced a WS6 to about 60 from a dig and pulled him a little, and 99+ gt's get smoked intstantly. Whats up with this thing???

Breathing is one of the lt1's problems which is why you start making up ground to words the 1/8th mile.
