Is it a dealership?? or a smaller shop and Or chain? I'd go in and question them why they're charging you another $240 for a cap and rotor that come with the opti? I take it to those are the part prices only?? for $700 even the dealer would be cheaper for an opti. You have a 95 with a vented opti. As juiced pointed out, from GMpartsdirect.com they're liek $250 or less. contact Dal and last time I checked he was $234. Buy a new vent harness for opti while you're at it

Yea it was a local place. I did question him and he told me that it didn't come with the cap and rotor and he paid 520 for HALF the opti basically..

All the work was being done before i knew about it so i had no say so.

seriously... you coulda got an entire MSD unit for 499. or an MSD cap and rotor for 150.(for your stock opti) You should need one or the other... I think this place is playing you... take a summit catalog with you and point out to them, and start complaining, saying you wanna know where( AND WHY) they found an opti with no cap and rotor for 520...

765 for an opti!! HOLY ****!!! I would start making a Sceen!!

You sir, are getting shafted.

And it's reasons like these, that I do my own work, and side jobs on peoples cars... I am straight up with parts before I start.
