Default big problem, car shut off *help*

well from my old thread about surging i was getting a surge on idle, IAC valve fixed it until today. now it was surging/missing throughout the rpm range in neutral. and i unplugged the MAF and ran it on speed density. i went to 4500rpm in 1st and around 3000 it sputtered, 3500 sputtered bigger, then a big sputter and it shut off. it restarted right away when rolling so i dont think its the opti. could the ICM be the problem? it does this missing/sputter in 1st and 2nd gear mostly between 2000rpm and 5000rpm. itll do it on idle and i can hear a faint noise right before it sputters to 1500rpm. i think it may be a plug wire arching. they arent touching anything metal, but the coil to opti wire has a split in the coil side boot 1/4" down from the end.

the engine has power and it pulls all the way.... it seems like the more load i give it in thoes particular gears itll start missing/sputter. when i bring the idle to 1500 itll pop a little in the exhaust.

ever since i did a burnout and bogged the engine down to 200-300rpm from too much brakes i put the clutch in to not stall it then it started doing this.

well i regularly clean my coil wire of the carbon, i RTV'd the split on the boot.. it runs ok, but i found all the plug wires on the driver side bank arcing where the looms are, and 3 and 5 are arcing at the plug. im gonna replace the wires asap now.
