What Pistons for Eagle 383 Stroker Kit???

What Pistons for Eagle 383 Stroker Kit??? What Pistons should i pick for my Eagle 383 Stroker Kit i am purchasing for my street car prodject? I will bw running So. Cal. 91 octane swill. My choises from eagle are as listed on there order sheet below. I will be using 62cc chamber Trick Flow Heads which will get me at apr. 11.4 to 1 which may be a little to much for the 91 octane. My other choice is to go with the KB dished pictons and mill the heads down to the compression i require.Anybody have any experience with this???.........Thanks Gman 
Eagle ESP Cast/Steel 3.750" Stroke Crankshaft (Internal Balance) 1 piece rear seal part # 10352375057i
5.7" 5140 steel SIR (Full float bushed) rods with ARP bolts (SIR5700BBLW), these rods are clearanced for up to a 600 lift cam!
Keith BLACK KB135 DISH PISTONS .030, 040, .060 pistons 10.4:1 comp w/58cc head, or 9.8:1 with a 64 cc head, 8.7:1 with a 76cc head. (Compression also dependent on your deck height, advertised compression is at ZERO deck) If your deck hight is higher your compression will be slightly lower.
