Default Help me diagnose a problem?

Okay, so recently i had some codes including an p0300 random cylinder misfire. I ordered MSD wires and ngk plugs since my car was in need of them anyway. I also had a MSD coil around so i put that on the car. I reconnected the battery and took the car for a drive and it drove much better, and was barely stuttering at all. And i drove for a while and the ses light never came back on. So im happy.

Then i go to BP and put in ultimate along with a thing of injector cleaner. Then it starts to stutter again as soon as i was leaving. Whats the deal! I drove for over an hour before that and had no problem, I fill it up and bang, problems.

So, that makes me wonder if i have a fuel issue instead of spark. Ill be putting on a fuel filter since it needs one. What could the problem be. Im not the best at diagnosing stuff so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help,
Mike
