Just disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and hook it back up. The memory is erased and any codes you have at that time will be current and you can go from there to determine which ones are false.

I was going to say pull the fuse to the ECM and start from there to reset the computer. Then you can see which codes return.

I have the same problem or very similar

This is ground related,just try to find where it gets ground,the alto or starter is a good start
