Default lt1 edit or mail order

ok -- question, getting ready to get this tune thing and im looking at my options, if i get the edit, i can always modify the parameters of the operating system.-- sounds real good.

but the real question is -- how close is the mail order tune, as in a/f across the board. - and (keep in mind --ported heads and milled and 355, portmatched eerything.

let me know people

I recently just bought LT1edit so I'm partial... My thoughts are simply that I want to learn how to do it myself and I know that I wont quit until its exactly how I want it. I would think that a dyno tune by a trained pro would be the absolute best way to go though. Then again, once you get your bearing and know your way around the editting stuff, you can get some dyno time and do it yourself... Keep in mind that if you change your engine around again in the future, you'd have the ability to just change somethings yourself without the wait.

I liked tuner CATS alot better then edit. Once you spend a few minutes its really easy to use.
