Hey guys,
My dad just picked up a LT4 engine that was in Katrina. The engine is being rebuilt, but the pcm had water in it. When he opened it up, the salt had covered it with a residue. He cleaned it all off but was wondering if it is possible to have them checked to see if they are okay. How would we go about doing this?

Get a dump of that PROM if you can and a new computer. Safest bet. I think that it MIGHT work but I'd only give it a 30% change.
