Were can i find 1 of these that will work on my 95 preferrable already efi converted.

Nowere.

None of them have the Lt1 Bolt pattern out of the box.

You can get them with bungs in them already but thats it.

Myself and a few others have the Victor "E"

Only way to get one out of the box is to call LME or Port pros and have them build you one, then get it out of the box when they ship it to you.

Why? What are your plans for the engine. A single plane conversion is much more costly that reworking an LT1 manifold to match your ported heads. It's used when the LT1 isn't enough.

The last one I saw made over 600 fwhp on a very driveable street 396. It was a VERY expensive engine and ws optimzed for the single plane.

It was only a $15K motor.....

If you do a search on here you will find some good stuff on single planes. The Vic E is not my choice of what to start from, Tony has had some results with it but I professionaly feel it's a harder place to start from with more drawbacks than other intake castings.

Like Bret said....I have had good results with the Victor E. Many others use the Super Victor and have good results as well. Some choose the Victor E for hood clearance purposes because it sits a little lower than the Super.

Mine made 522 rwhp n/a with a nitrous cam. Still more tuning to go.
