Which on would make more power? Would they both make the same?

I suggest that the torque/power curves would differ considerably for the two manifolds.

The runner lengths for a (single plane) SuperVic are considerably longer than the pictured manifold. With appropriate valve timing, the SV will show additonal torque/power in certain rpm ranges vs. the LT1-style manifold.
