There's no ICM 'upgrade' is there? Like is a 94+ MAF better than the 93's?

 

Actually the 93 F-body uses whats called Speed Denisity. The 94+ cars use the MAF system. Unfortunatly there is no upgrade to the ICM.

 

ICM upgrade = LTCC or delteq

 

Yeah, I guess your right. Most people usually refer it to a opti-upgrade....but yup its still an ignition upgrade.

 

lol Gee thanks Sin, wasn't aware what kind of motor I was running Anyways that's why I asked if MAF would have a better ICM than the SD model since it was newer.

 

You can do the ICM cooling mod, thats about it I think.

Make sure you order your part from a GM dealership. Its only $5 more there than NAPA.
Why do I recommend this? Cause Napa sold me a shitty knock module. I'm never buying electical parts from Napa or Autozone ever again if its a sensor part.

 

Mine has the heatsink on it, and even if the new one didn't, I'd make one of my computer ones fit lol

 

I think they are all attached to heat sinks, its part of the bracket isn't it? On shbox's site it tells you you can put washers behind the bracket though to keep it off of the head.
