You can do the ICM cooling mod, thats about it I think.
Make sure you order your part from a GM dealership. Its only $5 more there than NAPA.
Why do I recommend this? Cause Napa sold me a shitty knock module. I'm never buying electical parts from Napa or Autozone ever again if its a sensor part.

I think they are all attached to heat sinks, its part of the bracket isn't it? On shbox's site it tells you you can put washers behind the bracket though to keep it off of the head.
