External Fuel pump. What is the minimun PSI on the external fuel needed for a 94 LT1. I was thinking of getting this pump.

the stock pressure should be around 43, why are you going external? if the intank takes a dump the external cant pull past it. I did it for a while but thats only due to me having a blower and I needed a booster pump to give me my 90 lbs of pressure I needed to rune mine with small injectors.

You will probably hate me for telling you this, but look up the weldon 2025 and the dial-a-flow controll box. That kit (I have it) will set you up for basically annything you can throw at it. It is very expensive. It is dead nuts reliable. I wasted a lot of money and time going with a BG pump (King Homo), chasing problems all over tht didn't exist. I finally pulled that thing out, and installed the weldon kit (same wires and pump location and plumbing) and never had 1 fuel system related issue since.
If at all possible, try to make an in-tank pump work. It is the cheapest, and if your engine is basically stock more than enough. Once you go external, there is (in my opinion) no company better than weldon for fuel system parts.
