Security light on?

Security light on? I have a problem, i was at sonic this morning and when i turned the car, The security light was illuminated. The car fired up with no problems. I went to base and changed my oil, disconnected the battery for 30 mins. I hooked it back up but it still stays on. Again, the car starts, drives, and acts fine. I read thru the search and everyone is having the no start problems. Mine isn't doing this. So, i have no clue.

It's something with the VATS. I had the security light on in my T/A for months and never once had a problem. I wouldn't be worried. As to fixing it? I think you need a new VATS or just eliminate it.
Do you have any type of programming installed on your car? If so, did you disable the vats...mine does the same every once in a while. It will eventually leave you though...sucks.
