I used to race in that area, and remember Slidell, but it has been too long for me to remember how close that is to Abbeville. One of the sharpest race engine men on the planet is located in Abbeville LA. Larry Meaux, Meaux Racing Heads. Give Larry a call at 337-652-6220. If it is something he doesn't do, he will be able to point you to the shop you need to talk to. Larry is not going to be cheap, but the sharp guys aren't. Usually cheaper, however, than throwing money at a lesser shop, than having to do it all over again someplace else when it won't make power or breaks.
