Default PCM question

Well i installed some foglights on my car about 2 weeks ago. I disconected the battery(for safety). Well ever since then, my car seems to be shifting softer then it did, and just tonight i noticed that my car is shifting at 5800 rpm instead of 6000 rpm. Is it possible that i reset my madz28 tune back to stock? If so, is there a way that i can get it back?

P.S. power loss is hard to tell as i just installed a cutout aswell.

Can't lose the tune. There's nothing that's overlapping info, it completely replaced info. On older computer controlled cars, if you unplug the battery it kind had to re-learn driving conditions. That usually only takes 10-30mins of driving, not 2 weeks heh.

Thats what i thought, but its weird that my car shifts lower now, and the shift firmness could be in my head....and i know for a fact that it shifted at 6000 rpm before. And now that i think about it, my fan kick on temps are still set to the madz28 tuen...i'm just so confused right now
