No problems with the line up, just had to buy a shorter belt.

Shouldn't even need a shorter belt, it lines right up. Sounds like you might have the Gen III Pulley..

I had the same problem with the A/C delete pulley from Advance Auto. It's a piece (of ****) from China. Had to add washers on the back side of the bracket so it would align with the other pulleys.

I had to drill out the threaded holes and space it out roughly 1/4" on the **** pulley I bought. Sinnce then I deleted the power steering so, I'm just running the alternator now not other pullies.

That might be why I got mine for only 39 bucks also. I am doing a LT1 into my 85 Firebird, and I deleted the ac since there is to much work to get all that stuff in there. I hope the 2 washers for each bolt I put in is enough to get everything lined up and not shred any belts too.

I used 3 washers on each hole. How many you need will depend on the thickness of your washers. Install it and use a straight edge to see if it lines up with your other pullies. Theres no need for trial and error, it's easy to get it right the first time.

That must be a pretty short belt you're running! I'd like to do that but I'm sure it'll be a bitch turning with 275/40's on the front lol!

I don't recall the length of the belt off the top of my head but it's pretty short. I'd imagine it would be pretty tough with 275's With skinnies it's easy. I havn't put my 275's on because I don't wanna put that much effort into turning the pos.

I also got the one from summit. I also had to drill the threads out and add washers to the back of it to align with the rest of the pulleys. WTF? But I havent ran it yet. still in progress.

Had to shim the last one I installed, don't know where it came from though. Roommate got it used from a member on here.
