All loudmouth systems have the SLP Resonator, are 3" Stainless all the way back, until they Y Out on the other side of the axle.
Actually you're wrong. The SLP Loud Mouth and the SLP Dual/Dual are different exhaust systems altogether. The Dual/Dual uses a muffler in place of a resonator, where as the Loud Mouth has a resonator. Dual/Dual does not refer to the tips.

I was unaware that SLP made an exhaust with a muffler for the LT1.

Anyone got a link to this product?

I took it upon myself to make assumptions they where talking about the dual dual "tips" because some people do get confused.

The dual dual is no longer made by SLP. Also the muffler doesnt go inplace of the resonator, it goes where the stock one goes. It is the quietest best flowing catback you can get.

Put on a Dyno max muffler, or a Morso spirel, and get some nicer tips to look better...

Corsa knock off tips are sold by a member on here and look nice

TOTS? Do you mean 2OTL, 2 on the left? Those are in the forsale section every once in a while.
