93 lt-1 how to prime

Hey,
putting the motor back together but not sure how to prime the motor before start-up I have always work on regular 350 where you pull the distributor

they sell a special tool that goes into the oil pump drive

yea... just just have to do it with the intake off... or you could get an accusump... and pressurize the canister and have the pressure shoot oil through out the block...
depending on how long the block has been sitting since rebuild and the quality lube used to assymble it... i say you should be ok for the first startup until the motor primes itself...
