Can I install just a timing control without having a MDS digital6 or aftermarket ignition?How does the DIS profrom?I would rather not have it tuned into the ecu.Let me know what u guys did thanks

 

I would say it depends on the shot you want to use. I sprayed a 125 with out an ign control box and stock timing, but when i bumped it up to 150 i add an accel 300+ ign control and pulled 2* from the timing. i would at least get the MSD for future upgrades.

 

I would rather be safe. I would try this in the nitrous section.
