Default Sticky injectors?

I took my car to a local shop today to get the codes pulled. They came back with left oxy. sensor reading rich. Intake air temp high. Fuel pump volts high or low. My car has been acting up alot. It doesnt want to stay running when it is cold it floods itself out. Also after running down the highway and then switching into town type driving it will flood itself out and die. It takes about 4 min to restart and smokes for a few seconds after restarting. I take my car back to the shop on wednesday. the mechanic said its prob a sticky injector or a sticky fuel pump regulator. Any other ideas? Could this be a possibility to my problems ? thanks guys
