Please Help My Formy Hey everyone i have an 93 formula thats needs some help, ok it has been dow for a few months beacuse something is worng with the front end it jerks badly to the right, anyway the car has noo power like horsepower, like it wont even spin a tire even turning it wont break them loose or fish tail and when i messed around a little i would get beat bad by jeeps, trcuks and my friedns 97 intrepid would leave me on the higway when we mess around, im getting ready to get it fixed and i wanna make it powerful again, the car had 164,000 miles but the engine and tranny was rebuilt 30 thousand miles ago.
and when it was running the tranny was act up sometimes and not shift or get stuck in high gear and i wouldnt be able to stop and it would just saty in high gear, so do u think the tranny was my problem? it doesnt do this all the time just sometimes. oh and the car has headers and the ram air style setup filter and hood so it shouldnt be this slow should it?

I had a similar problem a long time ago... catalytic converter was gone. Could hardly flow any air through it. Car finally gave out on me on an onramp. Couldn't even make it up to 50mph, and the engine died. Couldn't get it to start back up after that. Now I just don't have cats. 
try all of the general maintenance things first. plugs, wires, coil maybe, O2 sensors, fuel filter, clean the tb, seafoam when you do the oil, clean injectors, make sure there are no problem codes, etc.
