Default Scat vs Eagle

I have done a lot of searching but still haven't had any solid answers or responses from people using either. My set-up is going to be a 355 build.
I am looking for people who have had experience with either.

forged I beam 6" rods scat or eagle SIR
cast crank
I will be using -5cc flattop SRPs due to budget build up.

I am looking to make around 400RWHp N/A spinning the motor up to about 65-6700 RPM. I know the top end is where the power is made I am just wondering which brand would be better suited to hold the power and rpm range.

For a budget buildup why not just run Mahles?

Either rod will work well for what you are doing, as long as you check the clearances and TQ the bolts correctly.
