Thanks Bene.. you are about the only one that is here that has heard it in person. It does sound like a Big Block, alot of people say that. It got deeper with that Lid also..

This was the old motor also, new one sounds better..

I was looking at Hyperzone's true-dual setup, mine sounds very, very close with that one dump. I might be able to run that setup on my Car, it looks like it will hang down just as much as mine does now.
Hey Bene, you have a Digital Video Camera, I can get some more vids of the Car if you do.

If you've filmed video of your car you know how it sounds different in various spots. The spot that I took that video there in the rear doesn't do justice to the amount of bass in it. I'll have to get some driveby videos here soone or later.

Same with mine. I need a Camera though..
Mine sounds literally just about the same as yours with that single dump. I got that Cam in there opening up the Valves a little more, so it's deep..

It's not that bad, but when I am on it, you can't hear **** but Motor with the Windows shut.

Your car sounds good. So, what is exactly done to your car? I like your setup and how the car runs and sounds. It looks pretty fast.

as of now im running headers to y pipe out no muffler or resonator. people say sounds badass i agree but its louddd. only reason im running like that cuz my i pipe was the most retarded thing ever i mean i dont think it came stock on the car previous owner put it on i bet but it was 3 inch in some places then 2 1/2 inch in other and all different sizes. had it clamped to the y pipe and one day jsut came so i just took my whole cat back off. was going to get a texas speed rumbler but i dont know anymore that bullit muffler dumped sounds nice and is cheaper

I have my exhaust system like The Merv but without a muffler and i have a Pacesetter LT headers

The Sound is Raw and Brutal but with a muffler it will be much more toned down and

Both you guys have what I had for a little bit, and I got pulled over for begin too loud.
I put that Bullet on it, it got alot quieter, but it got alot deeper also. Get you a Bullet welded on, and you will love it.

Thanks Merv. Sounds great! What shift kit did you go with. the 1-2 shift seems to hit pretty hard but the 2-3 seems to just slide in more than most I have ridden in.

I have a small converter with my shift kit, and it hits hard... maybe I am just used to hearing mine.

I actually have an Electronic one programmed into it. They boosted the Line Pressures up in the Computer so it will shift more firm. 1-2 shift will light the tires and throw the Car around, but you don't feel it at all, that's just how it works. 2-3 will chirp them, but not at much as the 1-2. Basically it's the same as any Shift Kit, but without all the Transmission work and the whiplash. That's fun in itself though..

Yea... the whiplash is fun... So with the electronic can you adjust the shift points and firmness easier?

And as for the 1-2 shift...yea its about bit me a time or two as well.. I don't have the motor to chip the 2-3 unless its wet. Put then again everybody has a racecar in the rain.

What my friend did with mine is take the program that the Trans has, and boost up the line pressures past a certian throttle percentage. If I am on it past 30% throttle, it will shift firm and take off. Under 30%, it will shift nice and easy, and cruise around.

Well that would certainly be nice sometimes... oh well.

I have learned to drive the car with the shift kit, if I do it right, the shift isn't as strong. However when cops pull up beside me, I try to judge it so I can get over the paint stipe before it shifts...

I spun off of a paint stripe on a hill once in front of a Cop, that **** was funny. He looked at me and wanted to get me, but I guess figured out that it wasn't my fault. I like how it is tuned to do that. When I am cruising around, it's smooth. When I open it up, it takes off like a mother f#&ker, and powershifts the whole time. Who ever is with me is like holy ****..
