You might feel a little on the top end. But honestly it'll just be a whole helluva lot louder.

This is how I've got my cutout welded in. Its right before it goes over the axle along the passenger side like I said.

Honestly, i don't really mind how loud it is. I mean, i just want it louder than it is now, but i don't want it to be annoying loud, you know? It's a tough choice. I wish i could hear how it was going to sound before i do it...At the track, i think i would see a gain over a loss with the cut-out, do you agree?

I think you have to have a lot of mods to appreciate a cutout. I have a cutout, I have just about every bolt on in the book, better springs 1.6 roller rockers. With the cutout open it feels very doggy below 3k. With it closed it roasts tires anywhere in 1st, and pulls better, feels a lot stronger going through the muffler.

Think you need a cam or something before you would appreciate it.

Oh yes its loud, and its great sounding though. Did you watch the video link I posted on the last page?? There you go, open cutout.

My stock coolant lines were long enough where I ran them up onto the radiator support and ziptied it there. Out of the way of EVERYTHING. 5min job, a double end barb connector and 2 hose clamps. $3 at Napa

I can't believe you stilll don't have a stall yet..

Will not add HP, but you WILL feel the difference, traction will become a small issue

The LCA Relocation Brackets and LCAs are great. I got them together from Spohn in the Fall and they work awesome. My car is factory height. There are different holes in the reloc. brackets so that you can get the angle right if the car is lowered. Make sure to get the weld-in brackets though. They're far superior in strength than the bolt-ins.

I dropped my 60' by about one and a half tenths with the addition of the brackets. I'm still taking it easy because I'm on a stock 10-bolt and I need it to last a while longer while I'm still in school. Basically it went from a high 1.9 to almost a 1.80 with the 3000 stall and ET Street Radials. I know the car could probably cut something quicker, especially on the bottle -- but I'm waiting to get some other loose ends tied up first.

Do the brackets weld onto the axle, or the car?
Just wondering if I could get LCA brackets now or if it would be wise to wait til I get a new rear end someday.
Already got all the spohn goodies out back, but it would be nice to have more traction.
