Appraise my Camaro...
Just curious... what would ya'll pay for my car if you were in the market for one? Here are the specs:
1994 Camaro Z28
148,xxx miles
Original LT1
Originally Bose equipped car
Arctic White
T-tops
cloth interior
3.23 rear gear
stock A4 transmission
160* thermostat
Moroso CAI
Flowmaster 80-series catback
Alpine head unit and front speakers (stock rear and sub)
Bit-Viper Antenna mod
Camaro rear fill-ins
Problems:
Exterior: Paint chips on the hood, slightly faded paint on the front bumper, and chipping on the sail panel (like every other one).
Interior: Hole ripped in the side of the driver's seat (common in these cars; some foam is missing and is exposed), carpet has a few small grease stains (not horrible by any means), and headliner fabric is torn in places on the edges around the t-tops.
Just post up an estimated price you'd pay, and also a price if I fixed the cosmetic problems.
Thanks.

well a photo would be nice. Be the description i would say maybe $3500. I bought my 94 camaro z28 A4 with 89K miles , super clean paint and interior, just a flowmaster cat back for 4800. try Kelly Blue Book to find the value of your camaro. i think my KBB is around 4500.

I could pick up an identical car to yours for about 2500. My buddy bought a 94 formula with 86,000 miles for 2500, owner thought tranny was bad he changed fluids and filter and cooler and it is great

I would give ya $3000 for it. I got mine for a great price with low miles. If I could do it over I would have bought one with higher miles. But Im very happy with mine.

If I may, can I ask why such low numbers for the guys saying only $2500 when the car is worth $3500 on KBB? And I'd like to know where everyone's buying LT1 cars for $2500 with less miles and better condition than my car... Cars close to mine are going for $4k+ around this area.
Oh, and here are the pics:

I am with you man, I tried selling my 1994 Trans Am and I know how you feel. I guess I'll keep it all my life along with my so loved 1975 camaro. Its good that "everyone" can get LT1's at such low prices... but locally... they're not that cheap... So... where's "everyone" buying them????? is it like a secret car outlet??? hehehehehe. I've seen 93-94-95 ranging from $4000 and up... just saw a trans am like mine sell for $3500 with no A/C, and a bad transmission, in a need for tires, it didn't last more than 2 weeks sitting at the used car lot. It might be related to a demand depending where we live, these cars, no matter what the year is, as long as they're 4th generation, they move fast and don't last. I always hear stories also about LS1's, people that get them cheap... but when you look around, private sellers or used car lots... they're not that cheap either... I saw a 1998 Trans am, non-ram air, it looked good on the outside, had a nice interior, but when you looked on the underside... it was very rusty, I mean VERY rusty, it sure wasn't a Texas car... it had close to 180,000 ,miles... and still sold for $7,500... and there we go again... there will be many that'll saw the got their LS1 way cheaper with way less miles.... so.... who knows.....

By the way, 96-97 are priced just a little more, $4,900-$5,500... and I also forgot to tell you... you sure have a nice looking car, I have made my mind to keep my Trans Am... and do you know why???? Because memories and time don't have a price!!!!! I think I would regret many of that if I sell my trans am one day. I would appraise your car at about $3,800 as is, since I asked for $4,000 for mine with many bolt ons, and custom things done to car, new things fixed in the past two years.... etc......
