Default CAI is CAI?

any preferences? I don't want to spend $200 on a K&N over a Moroso or something else unless it's actually worth it.

sorry if this is the wrong forum, i wasn't sure where to post.

i would just stay away from the ebay intakes, since most of them are not true CAI, actually closer to Hot Air Intakes. I have a SLP intake ($200 from summit) and love the way it looks, but i had some fitting issues with it.

Moroso>K&N,, Price difference alone if anything considering gains will be next to none in comparison. I had a couple friends with K&N's that had the filters falling off. Not that it always happens or is a common problem with the K&N kits but it was enough to make me even more comfortable with my Moroso.

Also have lingenfelter. They are surprisingly the cheapest of them all. Beside, it has a k&n filter.

the SLP looks cool, but it does have some fitting issues. I have the TF elbow and it always pushes the elbow a little to the left no matter how I adjust it.

Anyone know who actually manufactures them for RK Sport by any chance?

I had the filter fall off my K&N once, but I think it was a error on my part. No fitment issues though.
