Do you want a whole Y pipe, or just a section to replace the cat?
You can usually find small (non-franchise) shops that will fab one up pretty cheap.
If you want a whole Y pipe with mandrel bends, you're gonna pay at least $200.
Alternatively, you can just install a high-flow cat in the place of your stock one.
You'll gain most of the performance you would have by removing it and your car won't stink
