Jet hots? A friend has those and they absolutely suck. His ground clearance is horrible and he is not even lowered. They were a huge pain in the *** to install as well.

My coated Pacesetters were cake to install, plug changes could not be easier, and the ground clearance is the best I could hope for with any LTs. I have had zero problems with them and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Strange how people can have different luck with the same product.

I had hooker on a previous car and had no problems with them easy install good fit headers tucked good to the floor pan. I have jet hots(hookers that have been coated and thicker flanges) on my current LT1 with a custom ORY and my ground clearence is awesome. Not saying pacesetters aren't good I just don't have any experience with them on LT1s. I have a set of them on my LS1 car and must they fit it great and there quality is above and beyond for the price.

I have had no issues with clearence. Can change my plugs a lot easier then stock and love the coated look. The pacesetters rusted and had constant leaks. But mine could have been made on a Friday at 5Pm..
